Albert Place Referral Centre

Here at Albert Place we provide treatments for patients already registered with their own dentist or for clients who do not regularly receive care from a specific dentist. We have developed a fantastic reputation over many years with dentists and patients alike. This has been achieved by working closely with dentists who place their reputation in our hands to help solve their patient’s problems. Then on completion of treatment, the patient is returned back to their dentist’s sole care. This allows the patient to continue their relationship with their own dentist whom they trust and in some cases have developed a bond with over a lifetime.

If you live within 50 miles of Congleton then your dentist will almost certainly have heard of Albert Place and indeed may already be referring patients like you to the practice. Simply call the centre to discuss your needs and we will liaise with your current dentist to discuss appropriate treatments.

We will arrange everything to ensure that you are given the very best attention and service throughout. We positively keep you and your dentist informed at each stage of the process. Once treatment with us is completed we provide full details of the care undertaken to your dentist who will then carry on your patient needs as normal. We simply wish to make any treatment run as smooth and efficient as possible, providing expert knowledge and guidance to ensure peace of mind.

All good and positive! I have no desire to go anywhere else as the service is always excellent and the torture 🤣🦷🛠️is kept to an absolute minimum (only kidding, there isn’t any😁)!
The hygienist I saw was quite formidable but delightful when I found out that she had a problem with cakes and sweet things, she melted when I said wonderful sugar kept her and probably the entire profession in work😉! 10/10.

Good experience here today. Referred for root canal and this was the consultation appointment. Very friendly and informative and found out all sorts about my teeth that I didn’t know. Plan put in place for treatment in the coming weeks and left feeling confident I’m in good hands.

After some decidedly dodgy dental work at another Congleton dental surgery I had been put off visiting a dentist. A broken tooth forced me to look for a new surgery. First impressions were great, the receptionist I spoke to was helpful when I called to request an emergency appointment. I then received a call the next day to offer me an earlier appointment as they'd had a cancellation. Due to previous experiences I was apprehensive but Paul and Amy immediately put me at ease and explained what needed to be done. It turned out to be the most painless dental experience thanks to Paul's care with the anaesthetic and his very nervous patient. My badly broken tooth was filled and repaired and now looks as good as my other teeth. The result is aesthetically brilliant! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I had sudden severe pain in mouth, behind eyes, together with a headache. The receptionist staff worked hard with the dentist to get me an appointment ASAP. I was diagnosed with an infected, given antibiotics and an appointment to have the tooth extracted.

I visited Paul at Moody Terrace yesterday because I'd broken a tooth. It couldn't have come at a worse time as i'm recovering from surgery. The team were brilliant and even arranged for my appointment to take place on the ground floor. I have had a phobia of dentists since childhood, but have built a lot of trust in Paul. He is kind and calm and gentle. It was the best outcome possible is he can crown it. He's going above and beyond to do it as quickly as possible too.

Sally took the time to explain things to me and addressed the things that made me anxious, resulting in a positive experience.

Over the last two years I have had implants and crowns at the Moody Terrace Dental.

From the second you arrive at reception you are made welcome, everyone is kind, friendly and supportive, the little touch of someone coming down to reception to meet you and walk you to the consultation room means that you are already quite relaxed with the chat on the way. Throughout my many consultations I never felt rushed or hurried, a very relaxing and chatty experience every time. Adam and later Tom and Robin explained the various processes, offered alternatives and ideas I had not thought of at all. Detailed reports, charts, xrays etc appear in my inbox before I'm even back home, all of which explain everything succinctly.

Well done to the whole team, 10/10, I could not wish for better

Welcoming smile from the receptionists.
I was there for a routine check up but the dentist found time to investigate an ear difficulty that may be caused by my teeth or jaw. He was thorough, knowledgeable and unhurried in his checks. He referred me on, and the practice gave me a very prompt follow on appointment with the appropriate expert.
The dental hygienist was gentle and took on board my preferred way of removing plaque, ie not drowning my mouth and throat with water. Excellent treatment.

Three years ago I had root canal surgery on one of the molars in my lower jaw. Eventually the procedure failed and my tooth became infected. I was faced with having the tooth extracted or engaging an Endodontist to see whether it would be possible for the infection to be treated and the tooth to be refilled and saved. Following a recommendation from a colleague I had an appointment to see Dr Robin Carsons at Moody Terrace Dental Practice. I was incredibly impressed by the way in which I was treated as a new patient. Dr Carsons has a light, jovial but highly professional style which helped to put me at ease and reassured me that I was in safe hands. The treatment was completed in two one-hour appointments and was entirely pain-free. The procedure is quite involved and invasive but my tooth and my jaw settled down after a couple of days. I had an entirely positive experience. All of the staff are lovely and Dr Carsons and his nurse, in particular, are wonderful. I was quite nervous about undergoing the procedure but ten minutes or so into the first appointment realised that I was going to be OK and was able to relax. My Wife and I have made the decision to transfer to this practice. We will be taking advantage of the dental treatment plan that they offer in order to reduce the financial impact of any treatments that we require in the future. My thanks to all at Moody Terrace Dental Practice for looking after me so well.

I had an extraction June 9th 2020.
Before I attended the practice, I was contacted by phone with a supporting E mail, to explain how Moody Terrace Dental Practice intended to keep their patients and themselves safe, relating to the Corona19 pandemic.
When I arrived for my appointment, I followed the protocol required of me, which was all very dignified, I felt very safe.

Private patient, was given an appointment 2 hrs after calling, crown refitted, xrays taken and toothache checked all in half an hour. Cait a very professional and knowledgeable dentist took the time to explain in detail what happening in a very calm and reassuring atmosphere... Less expensive than I imagined and worth every penny.

I went to see Jocelyn, supported by Molly, at the dentist today for a hygiene appointment. Can't recommend enough! She was thorough, kind, gentle and efficient. She explained what she was doing at every step. Honestly, if Carlsberg did dental hydiene... She's brilliant. I'm really not a fan of visiting the dentisst and often cleans can hurt. Not this time. I would have no hesitation in going again, but I'll definitely ask to see her again. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic. Thought I'd never say that after years of delaying going back to the dentist after previous bad experiences at another place years ago. They all put me at ease with their professionalism. Guiding me through the procedure I had done step by step.
