Handling such behaviour puts a huge strain on time and resources and causes unacceptable strain on staff, who often need support in difficult situations. An act of intimidating, aggressive or violent behaviour, verbal or physical, is not acceptable. Moody Terrace Dental Practice Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach towards such behaviour and is committed to reducing the risk to staff and other patients.

Patients exhibiting habitual behaviour which causes the team undue distress or strain will have their current treatment completed where possible and be provided with an alternative list of local general dental practices to their home address. They will not be provided with future ongoing care.”
